Mushroom tagliatelle


  • 1 handful of mushrooms
  • 2 small carrots
  • 2 handfuls of fresh spinach baby
  • 2 portions of tagliatelle
  • 2 pieces of Mushroom Vege
  • fresh herbs
  • black pepper and salt


Cook the pasta according to the instructions of its packaging. Blanch the spinach. Wash and peel the carrots and mushrooms and cut them into slices. Then, grill them or fry them on a frying pan.


Mushroom Vege on a frying pan and cut it into slices. Add all the ingredients (mushrooms, carrots, Mushroom Vege and spinach) to the cooked pasta. Add black pepper and salt and mix the entire dish. Put the dish on the plates.
